As the founding partner of SBA Consulting, Nur has been providing management consultancy services on Turquality® Program preparation, strategy development, marketing, branding, market research, sales network development, product development, design and production improvement in the textile, fashion and consumer products sectors since 2015.

Prior to founding SBA Consulting, she worked as Country Manager for Turkey, and Global Marketing Director of Werner International, a US-based management consultancy company focused on the textile and apparel industries. She currently manages Werner International’s operations in Turkey and takes part in various international projects, mostly focused on sustainability.

Nur, who started working for Werner International in 2006, has worked in various projects and managed project teams in many countries such as Turkey, Egypt, Colombia, Canada, India, Pakistan, Germany, England, Italy, France and the USA. During her time at Werner International, which was actively involved in the formation and establishment of the Turquality® Program, she took part in many projects such as preparing strategic plans, preparation for the Turquality® Program, human resources projects, production process and efficiency analyzes, brand creation, and visual design projects.

Nur has delivered speeches at various textile events and seminars in Turkey, Syria, Mexico and Egypt on behalf of Werner International. She took part in the Sectoral Education program at the Özyeğin University in 2017 and 2018 working with senior year students in real life projects. She was also a visiting instructor at the Kadir Has University, giving a course on Fashion, Design and Consumption in 2008-2009.

She started her career at the Sales Department of DHL Express Turkey. She then worked as the Project Executive in the Operation Development Department.

She received her undergraduate degree from Koç University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Relations, and her master’s degree from SDA Bocconi University in Milan by completing the MAFED (Master in Fashion, Experience & Design Management) program.

In 2010, she received her certificates from 3 different programs related to Coaching. Having completed high school in East Hampton, CT, USA, Nur Turkish is fluent in English, and also speaks Italian.
