Since 2015, Ful has served as the Founding Partner of SBA Consulting, delivering comprehensive consulting services in the textile, fashion, and consumer goods industries. She has provided consulting services in the textile, fashion, and consumer goods sectors for the Turquality® Program preparation, strategy development, marketing, branding, market research, finance, budgeting, company valuation, and production improvement.
Prior to founding SBA Consulting, Ful worked as a Senior Finance and Strategy Consultant at Werner International, a US-based management consulting firm focused on the textile and apparel industries. Between 2010 and 2012, while living in the UK, Ful worked on Werner International’s projects in Europe and North Africa. Since 2012, she has worked on and managed project teams on various projects in numerous countries, primarily Turkey, but also including the USA, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, Pakistan, India, Italy, Germany, France, the UK, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. Actively involved in the formation and establishment of the Turquality® Program at Werner International, she participated in many projects including developing strategic roadmaps, preparing for the Turquality® Program, human resources projects, budgeting, company valuation, feasibility studies, and production process and productivity analysis.
Ful began her career at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) in the Corporate Finance department. During her seven years at TSKB’s Corporate Finance Department, she was involved in initial public offerings of various large industrial companies, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring projects within the framework of the Istanbul Approach, privatization tenders, and venture capital projects in collaboration with the European Investment Bank.
Ful obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wesleyan College in the USA after completing her first three years at Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Business Administration in English. She has a master’s degree in Finance from London Business School. Ful, who has a high school diploma from Mexico, and speaks Turkish, English, and Spanish fluently. Since 2019, she has been a member of Lead Network Turkey, a non-profit organization established to attract, increase, and develop the representation of women managers in the retail and consumer goods sector.
