SBA Consulting has been founded by Ful Baytok Kurt and Nur Baytok Coşkuner in 2015 in Istanbul to provide management consultancy services. Both founders have extensive international experience, having lived, studied, and worked across various countries and cultures. Their objective is to leverage their accumulated expertise—from diverse academic, professional, and geographic backgrounds—to facilitate the development of both local and global growth strategies for clients.
